Nikola Kalinic has today left Fiorentina’s training camp in Moena due to family reasons. Coincidentally on the same day, his agent has met with the director of football Pantaleo Corvino.
The club made an official statement today stating that it is only temporary, meaning that they expect to see Kalinic back even if it is brief.
“ACF Fiorentina announced that it has granted to the player Nikola Kalinic can temporarily leave the withdrawal of Moena due to family reasons.”
This news also comes after Corvino set a deadline of when teams (Milan) can make an offer for the Croat. Kalinic is due to head home to Croatia, back to his family, meanwhile, his agent has been discussing the details of his transfer for his client who has clearly stated he wants to leave the club.
It certainly seems like more than a coincidence that Kalinic has left pre-season training at this times. What can be sure is it definitely looks as if it's, if and not when the Croatian striker will be leaving the club.
