Fiorentina vs Lecce: Lineups and how to watch

Late news

Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Italiano has chopped and changed his lineup, as expected. Oliver Christensen and Fabiano Parisi debut in goal at leftback, respectively, while Lucas Beltrán draws his first start up front. Lucas Martínez Quarta, Alfred Duncan, and Riccardo Sottil all get their first starts of the season as well. Lecce manager Roberto D’Aversa, on the other hand, makes just one change, bringing in Antonino Gallo at leftback.

With temperatures currently hovering around around 38°C/100°F, it’s already sweaty enough for anyone. Factor in the humidity as Florence prepares to deal with what could be a pretty good thunderstorm and you have the conditions for a real slog; not, perhaps, what Rocco Commisso was hoping for in his first home match of the season.

Lineups

Fiorentina (4-2-3-1): Christensen; Dodô, Milenković, Martínez Quarta, Parisi; Arthur, Duncan; González, Bonaventura, Sottil; Beltrán

Lecce (4-3-3): Falcone; Gendrey, Pongračić, Baschirotto, Gallo; Rafia, Ramadani, González; Almqvist, Strefezza, Banda
