Fiorentina vs Hellas Verona: Lineups and how to watch

Some surprising names in the XI, but at least the surprises are welcome ones.

Late news

Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Italiano, much to our surprise, gets Lucas Martínez Quarta back from injury, although the defender’s fitness may still be a concern. Rolando Mandragora and Sofyan Amarabat start together for the first time, but the real news is up front, where Christian Kouamé will lead the line, rather than Luka Jović or Arthur Cabral.

Hellas Verona mister Gabriele Cioffi has also sprung a couple of surprises. Isak Hien, Fabio Depaoli, and Ajdin Hrustic all get the nod in what could be more of a 3-4-1-2, with Hrustic as the trequartista.

Lineups

Fiorentina (4-3-3): Terracciano; Biraghi, Ranieri, Martínez Quarta, Venuti; Barák, Amrabat, Mandragora; Sottil, Kouamé, Ikoné

Hellas Verona (3-5-2): Montipò; Hien, Günter, Coppola; Depaoli, Ilić, Tameze, Hrustic, Lazović; Lasagna, Henry
