Late news

Juventus coach Max Allegri opts for Danilo at the base of his midfield and hands a rare start to Federico Bernardeschi in what sure feels like an intentional move. Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Italiano, facing a similar midfield shortage, opts for Riccardo Saponara as a mezzala, although he could push forward to form more of a 4-2-3-1. Nikola Milenković drops out of defense due to illness, so Lucas Martínez Quarta steps in for him, while Álvaro Odriozola and Giacomo Bonaventura still aren’t fit enough to start. At least Nicolás González, Jonathan Ikoné, and Arthur Cabral get another start together up front, while Bartłomiej Drągowski gets a rare chance in goal.

Lineups

Juventus (4-3-3): Perin; De Sciglio, Bonucci, de Ligt, Alex Sandro; Rabiot, Danilo, Zakaria; Bernardeschi, Vlahović, Morata

Fiorentina (4-3-3): Drągowski; Venuti, Martínez Quarta, Igor, Biraghi; Duncan, Torreira, Saponara; González, Cabral, Ikoné
