For a good portion of Rocco Commisso’s tenure as Fiorentina’s owner, there’s been chatter of a potential new badge for the Viola. These rumors have gained credence this past week as Fiorentina’s new social media team has dropped hints.
Just today Fiorentina officially announced the new badge, along with a promotional video.

I won’t give my views on the badge yet, as I don’t want to influence the results of the following poll. Rather, I’ll give some broad opinions. This rebrand follows in the style of those by Juventus and Inter in recent years, where minimalism has been prioritized. In addition, the new square shape of the badge should make marketing the club easier, as the badge will be more adaptable to fit into all different types of merchandise. Finally, changing the badge is nothing new in Fiorentina’s history, and certainly, there will be another one in the future.
