Late news

Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Italiano has picked Pietro Terracciano over Bartłomiej Drągowski between the sticks after the Pole’s disastrous outing against Napoli in the Coppa Italia. Further forward, Youssef Maleh gets the nod over Alfred Duncan in midfield, while Riccardo Saponara starts ahead of Jonathan Ikone again. Despite reports to the contrary, Dušan Vlahović is in the XI rather than on the bench.

Genoa manager Mauro Tasotti throws a bit of a curveball, setting out a 4-3-3 instead of a 3-5-2, leaving Felipe Caicedo on the bench. AS Roma loanee Riccardo Calafiori is preferred at leftback and central midfielder Manolo Portanova will go on the wing.

Lineups

Fiorentina (4-3-3): Terracciano; Odriozola, Milenković, Igor, Biraghi; Bonaventura, Torreira, Maleh; González, Vlahović, Saponara

Genoa (4-3-3): Sirigu; Hefti, Østigard, Vanheusden, Calafiori; Sturaro, Badelj, Rovella; Portanova, Destro, Yeboah
