No huge surprises for either side but certainly some familiar faces.

Late news

Fiorentina boss Cesare Prandelli has chosen to bench Gaetano Castrovilli, leaving room for Erick Pulgar. Lorenzo Venuti and Christian Kouamé will also continue to start while the regulars are working their way back from injury. Spezia manager Vincenzo Italiano has opted for Riccardo Marchizza on the right of defense instead of his usual central spot. Ex-Viola players Kevin Agudelo and Riccardo Saponara both start in the attack, the former in his new and interesting false 9 role.

Lineups

Fiorentina (3-5-2): Drągowski; Milenković, Pezzella, Martínez Quarta; Venuti, Amrabat, Pulgar, Bonaventura, Biraghi; Kouamé, Vlahović

Spezia (4-3-3): Provedel; Vignali, Chabot, Ismajli, Marchizza; Estévez, Ricci, Maggiore; Gyasi, Agudelo, Saponara
