Inter Milan vs Fiorentina: Lineups and how to watch

Two weirdly symmetrical teams square off in the Viola’s first away match of the year.

Late news

As we’d heard, Antonio Conte has lined Inter Milan up in a 3-4-1-2 to accommodate Christian Eriksen as the number 10. A mild defensive crisis means that Alessandro Bastoni steps into the middle with Aleksandr Kolarov on the left. Returnee Ivan Perišić starts at wingback, with Ashley Young surprisingly preferred to new signing Achraf Hakimi.

Fiorentina boss Giuseppe Iachini hands Sofyan Amrabat his Viola debut. Federico Ceccherini will continue at the back in relief of the injured Germán Pezzella, while Giacomo Bonaventura continues in midfield over Alfred Duncan.

Inter Milan (3-4-1-2): Handanović; D’Ambrosio, Bastoni, Kolarov; Young, Barella, Brozović, Perišić; Eriksen; Lukaku, Martínez

Fiorentina (3-5-2): Drągowski; Milenković, Ceccherini, Cáceres; Chiesa, Bonaventura, Amrabat, Castrovilli, Biraghi; Kouamé, Ribery
