With injuries and suspensions piling up, both managers trot out the teams we expected.

Late news

AS Roma manager Paulo Fonseca has lined up exactly as we predicted. Literally exactly. We’re very good here at VN is what I’m saying.

Fiorentina boss Giuseppe Iachini will roll with Pietro Terracciano in goal for one more game while Bartłomiej Drągowski (back) gets right. Federico Chiesa returns to the XI at wingback, while Rachid Ghezzal deputizes for the suspended Gaetano Castrovilli in midfield, while Christian Kouamé gets the nod up top.

Roma (3-4-2-1): López; Mancini, Smalling, Kolarov; Peres, Diawara, Veretout, Spinazzola; Mkhitaryan, Pellegrini; Džeko

Fiorentina (3-5-2): Terracciano; Milenković, Pezzella, Cáceres; Chiesa, Ghezzal, Pulgar, Duncan, Lirola; Kouamé, Ribery

How to watch

TV: You might get it on BeIn, but odds are that you’ll be streaming this one. Check the full international television listings here.

Online: Here is your list of safe, reliable, and legal streams. If you’re in the US, ESPN+ is showing it; sign up using this link if you don’t have an account yet and Viola Nation will get a little bit of cash (Vox Media has affiliate partnerships. These do not influence editorial content, though Vox Media may earn commissions for products purchased via affiliate links.).

Any links to or requests for illegal streams in the comments will be punched. If you’re the Twitter type, give us a follow; we’ll be providing live updates there. Otherwise, keep it in the comments for sober rationality with the best damn sports community on the internet.
