Late news
Fiorentina boss Giuseppe Iachini, facing a striker shortage with Patrick Cutrone in the doghouse, has opted for Federico Chiesa up top, flanked by Franck Ribery and Rachid Ghezzal in a 3-4-3. Erick Pulgar returns to the starting lineup as well, while Federico Ceccherini will continue to start ahead of Igor.
Sassuolo mister Roberto de Zerbi has rotated his attack, with Domenico Berardi and Francesco Caputo dropping to the bench with never-Viola player Hamed Junior Traoré getting a start on the wing and Grégoire Defrel playing up top.
Lineups
Fiorentina (3-4-3 maybe): Drągowski; Milenković, Pezzella, Ceccherini; Lirola, Pulgar, Castrovilli, Dalbert; Ghezzal, Chiesa, Ribery
Sassuolo (4-2-3-1): Pegolo; Müldür, Chiricheș, Ferrari, Rogério; Magnanelli, Locatelli; Traoré, Đuričić, Boga; Defrel
How to watch
TV: The short answer is no, but feel free to check the full international television listings here if you don’t believe me.
Online: Here is your list of safe, reliable, and legal streams. If you’re in the US, ESPN+ is showing it; sign up using this link if you don’t have an account yet and Viola Nation will get a little bit of cash (Vox Media has affiliate partnerships. These do not influence editorial content, though Vox Media may earn commissions for products purchased via affiliate links.).
Any requests for or links to illegal streams will get you the boot. If you’re the Twitter type, give us a follow; we’ll be providing live updates there. Otherwise, keep it here in the comments for the usual mix of ebullience and resignation with the best damn sports community on the internet.
Forza Viola!
