Fiorentina manager Giuseppe Iachini opts for Federico Ceccherini in defense over Martín Cáceres and makes a huge decision to bench Federico Chiesa in favor of Patrick Cutrone to partner Dušan Vlahović. Atalanta boss Gian Piero Gasperini has sprung a surprise in starting new signing Mattia Caldara at the back and midfielder Mario Pašalić in an advanced role. Luis Muriel gets the nod at striker.
