Late news
Fiorentina manager Giuseppe Iachini has started Kevin-Prince Boateng up top in place of Cáceres, who’s picked up a minor niggle in training. Patrick Cutrone will start on the bench, as will Milan Badelj, while Marco Benassi continues in midfield. SPAL boss Leonardo Semplici, meanwhile, will use Thiago Cionek at wingback again, with Federico di Francesco handed a rare start up top. Also worth adding: Federico La Penna, who was scheduled to be the referee, has fallen ill, so noted jerk Daniele Doveri will take the reins instead.
Lineups
Fiorentina (3-5-2): Drągowski; Milenković, Pezzella, Cáceres; Lirola, Benassi, Pulgar, Castrovilli, Dalbert; Chiesa, Boateng
SPAL (3-5-2): Berisha; Vicari, Igor, Felipe; Cionek, Missiroli, Valoti, Murgia, Strefezza; di Francesco, Petagna
