We’ve all made our peace with the fact that Jordan Veretout, Fiorentina’s best midfielder over the past two seasons, is leaving the club this summer. We don’t know where he’ll wind up, but he’s as good as gone.
Where he winds up playing next year will determine what kind of haul the Viola get for him. AC Milan, Napoli, and AS Roma have all reportedly made offers involving a players-plus-cash deal. Since DS Daniele Pradè has allegedly set Veretout’s valuation at €30 million, the players moving the other way in the rumored deals have been interesting.
