Late news

The Fiorentina bus got stuck in traffic (we suspect involvement by Mario Balotelli but can’t prove anything), so kickoff has been pushed back by 15 minutes. Anyways, Brescia boss Eugenio Corini has trotted out his expected XI with two exceptions; ex-Viola man Romulo will play as the number 10, and Balotelli will start on the bench (thus proving our theory) in favor of Florian Ayé. For Gigliati mister Vincenzo Montella, Federico Chiesa has made a speedier recovery than anticipated from a hip ailment picked up on international duty, allowing the Tuscans to use their usual personnel.

Lineups

Brescia (4-3-1-2): Joronen; Sabelli, Cistana, Chancellor, Matějů; Dessena, Tonli, Bisoli; Romulo; Donnarumma, Ayé

Fiorentina (3-5-2): Drągowski; Milenković, Pezzella, Cáceres; Lirola, Pulgar, Badelj, Castrovilli, Dalbert; Chiesa, Ribery
