Vote for your - Goal of the Season

It may not have been the greatest season ever. But, there was for sure some special goals to celebrate along the way.

Zarate vs Napoli

First up is Mauro Zarate. Before being sold to Watford in January, the Argentine scored a magical volley back in December at home to Napoli. The combination of the of the sensational pass from Federico Bernardeschi and the perfect time of the volley, make this goal so special. If only it could have been the winning goal.

Bernardeschi vs Borussia Mönchengladbach

The only positive to take out of the Europa League tie against Gladbach was this absolute pearl from Bernardeschi. It's arguably his greatest goal and he will probably never score a better free kick in his life. Simply the perfect strike off a ball, the way it curled from left to right was breathtakingly good.

Tello vs Pescara

Not famed for his finishing ability, however, the normally inconsistent Spaniard provided a brilliant curling effort to get The Viola back on level terms. The flying winger also went on to score the winner in what was a brilliant Christian Tello performance. (if only he could have provided a few more)

Kalinic vs Sassuolo

It was a toss up between this and his goal against Juve however, due to the sheer audacity of his backheel it gets the nod. The Croat has had another great goal scoring season in Florence. Kalinic in superb fashion flicked the ball past Consigli and with the help of the post scored left the keeper helpless.

Vecino vs Inter

Recently, Matias Vecino has shown a brilliant goalscoring form for a midfielder. Vecino put in a fantastic dominating displayed against Inter and showed great attacking instincts. What makes this goal so special is the one-two with Borja Valero, a bit of magic from Valero just adds to what already would have been a great goal without it.

Bernardeschi vs Napoli

Berna has had a special season in Viola colours and makes the list again. The number ten scored a beauty against Napoli. He picked the ball up from the halfway line and charged goalwards, and unleashed a fierce low drive to beat Pepe Reina and added to his collection of spectacular goals.
