Late news

Borussia Monchengladbach manager Dieter Hecking has brought Tony Jantschke in at rightback, which could leave the back four looking like more of a back three. Patrick Herrman will continue on the wing, while Thorgan Hazard will start at striker.

With the exception of the suspended Enrico Chiesa, Paulo Sousa has named his strongest XI, which leaves typical Europa League stalwarts Sebastian Cristoforo and Carlos Salcedo on the bench.

Lineups

Borussia Monchengladbach (4-4-2): Sommer; Jantschke, Christensen, Vestergaard, Wendt; Herrman, Dahoud, Kramer, Johnson; Hazard, Stindl (c)

Fiorentina (3-4-2-1): Tatarusanu; Sanchez, Gonzalo (c), Astori; Tello, Vecino, Badelj, Olivera; Bernardeschi, Valero; Kalinic
