Second Half
Khouma Babacar 2-0
Two minutes after the break Fiorentina doubled their lead. After a superb ball in by Vincent Laurini, Jordan Veretout headed it across to Babacar who tapped home. The Senegalese striker was brought on at half time to replace Simeone in an inspired change by Pioli, and with pretty much his first touch of the game he couldn't miss.

Post Match
Fiorentina are back in the top half and let’s hope it stays that way. This was a very comfortable and assured performance against what was not great opposition. However you can only beat what’s put in front of you. Khouma Babacar changed the game, as he scored and got a penalty for his side, meaning the game was sealed and there was no nervy finish this time.
