Fiorentina vs Chievo Verona: Lineups and how to watch

Both managers have rotated their sides heavily, and it could give us an open and disjointed game.

Late news

Paulo Sousa has opted for some big changes, starting at centerback, where the unfamiliar pairing of Sebastien de Maio and Carlos Sanchez will start, with captain Nenad Tomovic on the right. Milan Badelj will replace Borja Valero (ankle), who’s only fit enough for the bench. Federico Bernardeschi will start at the number 10 spot, with Mauro Zarate a surprise inclusion on the left wing and Josip Ilicic dropping to the bench.

Rolando Maran has also seriously rotated the side that got spanked by Atalanta this past weekend, returning just 3 outfield starters. Of the ex-Viola players, only Massimo Gobbi will get the start as Alessandro Gamberini and Dario Dainelli both drop to the bench.

Lineups

Fiorentina (4-2-3-1): Tatarusanu; Tomovic, Sanchez, de Maio, Olivera; Badelj, Vecino; Chiesa, Bernardeschi, Zarate; Kalinic

Chievo Verona (4-3-1-2): Sorrentino; Izco, Spolli, Cesar, Gobbi; Bastien, Radovanovic, Castro; de Guzman; Inglese, Floro Flores
