First half

Federico Bernardeschi settled a wild first period for Fiorentina in the 33rd minute with a flawless penalty after Haitam Aleesami clearly blocked a Cristian Tello shot with his hand.

Second half

Mato Jajalo fired in a flawless free kick for Palermo to equalize at 49’ after Nenad Tomovic brought down Robin Quaison outside the area.

In stoppage time, Mauro Zarate curled a shot at the far post from inside the area that Josip Posevac parried. Khouma Babacar somehow stayed onsides and bundled over the rebound on the second try.
