With Jakub Blaszczykowski (shoulder) fully fit, Paulo Sousa has a full squad to choose from. Ante Rebic will make a surprise start, partnering Khouma Babacar up top. Otherwise, it's as expected. Delio Rossi will have to do without right back Emil Krafth (back), midfielders Godfred Donsah (thigh) and Franco Zuculini (knee), and winger Emanuele Giaccherini (thigh). He's sticking with the predicted lineup.
