International break week: who has been selected?

Only nine of Fiorentina's players have been called up for the round of international games that will be played over the next week. This must be music to Vincenzo Montella's ears as he has spoken about the need for the players to be able to mentally recharge following the hectic schedule of domestic matches.

Captain Manuel Pasqual has been called up by Antonio Conte for the Italian national team. Italy are in European Championship qualifier action against Bulgaria this Saturday and then will play a friendly against England the following Tuesday.

Khouma Babacar will meet up with his Senegal team mates for their friendly against Ghana on Saturday 28th March.

David Pizarro and Mati Fernandez will not have to leave Europe after being called up by Chile. They are due to play two friendlies, the first against Iran at the NV arena in Austria, the second against Brazil at the Emirates stadium. Slovenian duo Josip Ilicic and Jasmin Kurtic have both been selected for the squad to face San Marino in the European Championship qualifiers followed by a friendly against Qatar. Nenad Tomovic may see some action against Portugal as Serbia also hope to move towards Euro 2016  qualification and Milan Badelj has been selected in Croatia's squad, who will play a Euro qualifier against Norway.

Despite his current form, Gonazlo Rodriguez has not been selected for Argentina, however Fiorentina's on loan defender Facundo Roncaglia has received the call from manager Gerardo Martino. I'm sure the comments section will be well utilized to discuss this below...
