The lineups are up, and, as is par for the course for Vincenzo Montella whenever he wants to field a "B" side (especially away from home), Fiorentina are fielding a lot of midfielders. Juan Manuel Vargas will play left back in the absence of club captain Manuel Pasqual, while Alberto Aquilani appears to be filling a slightly more advanced role today. Borja Valero, Juan Cuadrado, Stefan Savic, and Marcos Alonso all ride the bench today, as does - maybe more significantly - Josip Ilicic.
Here's the lineup and formation as I see it:

It will be exciting to see how Marko Marin and Micah Richards fare, while the midfield of Milan Badelj, Jasmin Kurtic, and Andrea Lazzari may be the least technical one we've ever seen in the Montella era.
The most important talking point remains, though: can Fiorentina clinch top of the group before I eat and drink so much that I spontaneously combust?
Guingamp (4-5-1): Lossl; Jacobsen, Kerbrat, Sorbon, Sankoh; Yatabarè, Diallo, Mathis, Pied, Beauvue; Marveaux
FIORENTINA (4-3-2-1): Tatarusanu; Richards, Tomovic, Basanta, Alonso; Kurtic, Badelj, Lazzari; Aquilani, Marin; Babacar
