ViolaPod is back, looking at an inconsistent beginning to the season, and the imminent arrival of Fiorentina's biggest traditional foes.

You thought I'd given up with the podcasting thing hadn't you? WELL YOU WERE WRONG THEN WEREN'T YOU?

Sorry, didn't mean to begin so abrasively. I suppose I am just a little on edge with Juventus coming to Florence tomorrow. Plus I provided a lot of reasoned perspective in recording the pod (without hurling insults!!), so now I am using this space to have fun. Also I still feel like hurling insults. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

In other happier news, just when I thought I couldn't love Borja Valero more, La Nazione has reported that he has offered to buy the whole team a big dinner if we beat Juventus. We'll see if I can manage to eat anything for breakfast with the nerves this match brings. The team is ready and (generally) (almost) at full fitness. Juventus need to win. Calcio doesn't get any better than this.

And without further ado, ViolaPod #2:
