Ante Rebic has officially joined bottom of the table Hellas Verona on loan until the end of the season. The Croatian winger, who joined the Viola from RNK Split in 2013, has already enjoyed a loan spell with RB Leipzig last season, where he made ten appearances for the Bundesliga club.
The gialloblu have yet to register a victory in Serie A this season, and have recently replaced former boss Andrea Mandorlini with Luigi Delneri. The experienced coach joins a team who are fighting against relegation, which now seems almost inevitable as they sit eleven points clear of safety.
The loan to Hellas will no doubt give the player some elusive minutes on the pitch, as so far for Fiorentina, his playing time has been limited. His goal in the 4-1 home victory against Frosinone is no doubt the highlight of his six appearances in total for the Viola this season.
